Payments:
AcuDynamics Wellness accepts payment via Cheque, Cash or Email Transfer. Please make out cheques out to ‘AcuDynamics Wellness’. If you choose to pay via eTransfer, send your payment BEFORE your appointment starts.
If you would like to pay with Visa or MasterCard, 2.75% charge will be added to your appointment fee. A physical credit card is necessary so it can be swiped. If a card number has to be manually entered, the fee is 3.4% + 15cents per transaction.

Missed or ‘No-Show’ Appointments: (As of April 1, 2024)
For any missed appointments, you will be charged the full fee for the length of appointment that you booked in for ($100.00 for a 60 minute appt, $125.00 for a 75 minute appt, $150.00 for a 90 minute appt, or $200.00 for a 120 minute appt), which you will be required to pay for in advance of your next appointment.
AcuDynamics Wellness has the right to refuse booking future appointments to clients who are continually late or regularly miss their appointments.

LATE CANCELLATIONS: (As of April 1, 2024)
The full fee for the length of appointment that you booked in for ($100.00 for a 60 minute appt, $125.00 for a 75 minute appt, $150.00 for a 90 minute appt, or $200.00 for a 120 minute appt) will be charged with less than 48 hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it early enough to allow another client enough time to book an appointment. 72 hours (or more) is preferred.

ACUPUNCTURE treatments are EXEMPT from BC tax!
Economic Action Plan 2014 proposed a number of measures to reduce the tax burden on Canadians, including health-related tax relief such as an exemption from the Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) on acupuncturists’ and naturopathic doctors’ professional services. Changes to the tax treatment of these services and other GST/HST health-related measures announced in Economic Action Plan 2014 became effective on February 12, 2014.
